 *All sales are final. All drums are shipped with United States Post Office or UPS. Other carriers may be used if requested. Pasifika Drums and Custom Wood Carvings are not held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items once they leave our facility. No refunds or replacements can be made for the reasons listed above. Full amount insurance is added to all orders and shipping costs. Additional insurance or certified signatures can be requested and added at buyers expense

      *Estimated completion dates are disclosed in the initial correspondents.Typical turn around time can date anywhere from 2-8 weeks depending on our work load at the time of purchase. Changes and delays may occur during the fabrication process and customers will be notified ASAP. Accommodations can be made for customers with a dated deadline but no refunds can be made if accommodation can not be met.


      *50% or higher deposits are required to start all orders, with the remaining 50% payment to be made before we ship the drums. The remaining balance must be paid in full within 14 days of projected completion date. International orders and custom/personalized orders require full payment before production begins.

     * Buyers who have made arrangements to take possession of the drums before full payment is made, acknowledge that the final payment is to be made within 14 days of the projected receiving date or previously disclosed date.

     *Repairs: All repairs can be dropped off or shipped to us. Pasifika Drums  is not held responsible for any damages or losses that may occur to the drums during initial shipment to our facility. All drums are shipped back with the same carrier as initial shipment unless noted otherwise. Full payment is required to begin repairs. Drum not picked up within 30 days may be discarded. 

     *All updates and progress on your orders will be sent to your preferred contact method. Failure to reply, respond, or lack of communication with us during production or at completion of your drums after 7 days will result in your order being cancelled and will have to be resubmitted to begin production.
